This refreshing elderflower lemonade is perfect for hot summer days. With the fragrant taste of elderflowers and a zesty kick from fresh lemons, it’s a delightful drink to enjoy with friends and family.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Elderflower cordial
- 2, juiced Fresh lemons
- 4 cups Cold water
- 2 cups Sparkling water
- Fresh, for garnish Mint leaves
- As needed Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine elderflower cordial and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add cold water and stir well to mix.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, add ice cubes to glasses and pour the elderflower lemonade over the ice.
- Top off each glass with a splash of sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less elderflower cordial.
- For a more intense elderflower flavor, let the mixture sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
