Deliciously creamy and fruity, this no-bake strawberry tiramisu is a perfect dessert for any occasion. Layered with fresh strawberries and a rich mascarpone mixture, it’s a delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert.

- 2 cups (500g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (240g) mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 12 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth and well combined.
- In a shallow dish, pour the cooled coffee. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, making sure not to soak them too long.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then add half of the sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture and strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries or fruits.
- Make sure the coffee is cooled to avoid soggy ladyfingers.
