A refreshing and light drink perfect for hot summer days, combining the floral notes of elderflower with refreshing cucumber.

- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup elderflower syrup
- 2 cups soda water or tonic water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber and elderflower syrup.
- Add the lemon juice and gently stir to mix.
- Pour in the soda water or tonic water and stir gently to combine.
- Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For a stronger cucumber flavor, muddle some cucumber slices at the bottom of the pitcher before adding the other ingredients.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less elderflower syrup to taste.
- For a sparkling version, use sparkling water instead of soda water.
