A refreshing and fruity watermelon lemonade perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeds removed
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water to the watermelon juice. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more sugar if desired.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if using.
Notes
- For an extra refreshing drink, chill the watermelon in the refrigerator before blending.
- You can replace sugar with honey or agave syrup for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add more lemon juice for a tangier flavor.
