Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Layer half of the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of a glass dish.
  3. Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the crumbs.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries over the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layers: graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream mixture, and berries.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with remaining berries on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute any berries for your favorite fruits.
  • For a chocolate version, mix cocoa powder into the whipped cream.
