- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Layer half of the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of a glass dish.
- Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the crumbs.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries over the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers: graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream mixture, and berries.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with remaining berries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute any berries for your favorite fruits.
- For a chocolate version, mix cocoa powder into the whipped cream.
