  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese and bacon mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, wrapping the filling inside.
  6. Place the rolled appetizers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg to give them a golden color.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
