  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
