- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced

- 1 cup of whipped cream

- Red and blue sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a floured surface and cut into star shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place the star-shaped cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with half of the granulated sugar. Set aside to macerate for about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the blueberries with the remaining granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Once the cookies are cool, layer them with whipped cream, macerated strawberries, and blueberries.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of red and blue sprinkles to finish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your sweet celebration!
