- 1 cup heavy cream

- Zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Serve over zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles, and garnish with fresh parsley.
