- 1 package of puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, spinach, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese and spinach mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the square over the filling to create a pocket and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops of the pockets with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Arrange the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
