- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes start to soften.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing everything together, and heat through.
- Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
