- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell peppers, black olives, and feta cheese.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or carrots according to your preference.
