- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (red or green)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
