- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil (Extra virgin)
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional for heat)
- 1/4 cup Parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated, for serving)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but do not let the garlic brown.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic oil, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
