- 2 cans Canned Salmon (drained and flaked)
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 2 Green Onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for drizzling)
- 4 medium Potatoes (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the canned salmon, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the salmon mixture into patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- While the salmon patties are cooking, prepare the potatoes. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve the salmon patties with the crispy air fryer potatoes.
Notes
- You can add your favorite herbs to the salmon mixture for extra flavor.
- Make sure to adjust the cooking time for the potatoes depending on their thickness.
