  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2 Green Onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for drizzling)
  • 4 medium Potatoes (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the canned salmon, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the salmon mixture into patties.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Air fry the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  6. While the salmon patties are cooking, prepare the potatoes. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve the salmon patties with the crispy air fryer potatoes.
