- 12 Stuffed Mushrooms
- 2 cups Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 2 cups Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1 large Vegetable Platter
- 1 large Cheese and Charcuterie Board
Instructions
- For Mini Caprese Skewers: Thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto a skewer. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
- For Stuffed Mushrooms: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove stems from mushrooms. Mix cream cheese, garlic, herbs, and breadcrumbs. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and bake for 20 minutes.
- For Spinach and Artichoke Dip: In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix well and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until bubbly.
- For Buffalo Chicken Dip: Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- For Vegetable Platter: Arrange mixed vegetables on a platter with a bowl of hummus or ranch dip in the center.
- For Cheese and Charcuterie Board: Arrange assorted cheeses, cured meats, olives, nuts, and crackers on a large board or platter.
