- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat all the vegetables evenly.
- Transfer the vegetable mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
