Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on your air fryer size.
- Air fry the sweet potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat them dry.
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste or add your favorite spices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
