- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add hot sauce if desired.
- Serve the crispy potatoes hot with the creamy ketchup dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
