Ingredients

  • 1 pound small potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • to taste optional: hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add hot sauce if desired.
  5. Serve the crispy potatoes hot with the creamy ketchup dipping sauce.
