- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- for garnish fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan cheese.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12 to 15 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
- While the chicken is cooking, boil spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the air fryer and top each piece with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the crispy chicken parmesan over the spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil.

- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken with more olive oil before air frying.
