  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
