- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop small amounts of the mixture onto the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each chip.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Check frequently to prevent burning.
- Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the basket. Enjoy your cottage cheese chips!
