- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh herbs for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cold water.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil, sealing tightly.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before unwrapping.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings based on your taste.
