- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
