  • 1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
