  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
