Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
