- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and place them on parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Place the parchment paper with cookies in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
