Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with the lemon herb mixture.
