- 4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with the lemon herb mixture.
- Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the cod with lemon wedges on the side.
