- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over the top, ensuring each fillet is coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
