Ingredients

- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
