Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 slices of turkey or chicken breast
  • 1 slice of cheese (optional)
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  2. On one slice of bread, layer the bacon, turkey, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  4. Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure with toothpicks if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with chips or a side salad.
