Description
A delicious layered sandwich featuring turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, served on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of whole wheat or white bread, toasted
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 slices of turkey or chicken breast
- 1 slice of cheese (optional)
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- On one slice of bread, layer the bacon, turkey, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure with toothpicks if desired.
- Serve immediately with chips or a side salad.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the sandwich with your favorite ingredients, such as avocado or different types of deli meats.
- For a healthier version, use whole-grain bread and add more vegetables.
