Description
A traditional New England clam bake featuring fresh clams, lobster, corn, and potatoes, all steamed together for a delightful seafood feast.

- 2 dozen fresh clams
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 ears of corn, husked and cut in half
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the clams and lobsters to the pot, cover, and steam for 10-15 minutes until the clams have opened and the lobster is cooked through.
- Carefully remove the pot from heat. Drain the water and let cool slightly.
- Serve the clam bake on a large platter with melted butter, lemon wedges, salt, and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
