- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lime
- Zest of 1 orange
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add softened butter and blend until crumbly.
- Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Press the dough into a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, and zests until well combined.
- Pour the citrus mixture into the cooled tart shell.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow the tart to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
