Description
A refreshing and light dessert made with coconut milk and agar-agar, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh fruit for topping (like mango or lychee)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, water, and sugar. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle agar-agar powder over the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the agar-agar and sugar dissolve completely.
- Once dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Add vanilla extract if using, and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares or desired shapes and serve topped with fresh fruit.
Notes
- Make sure to stir well to dissolve agar-agar completely; otherwise, it may not set properly.
- You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste by adding more or less sugar.
