- 4–6 pieces Chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
