Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken tenderloin first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the chicken tenderloins for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
