- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tenderloin first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken tenderloins for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
