- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
- Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
