- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, diced celery, diced red onion, and grapes if using.
- Add the Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Refrigerate the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- For a healthier option, you can substitute half of the mayonnaise with additional Greek yogurt.
