  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix it with the sauce.
  6. Serve over rice or vegetables, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
