- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve over rice or vegetables, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
