- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
