  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
