  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, thawed mixed vegetables, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with a little melted butter (optional) and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
