- 3 cups Cooked chicken (Shredded or diced)
- 2 cans Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables (Thawed)
- 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese (For topping)
- 1 cup Bread crumbs (For topping)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, thawed mixed vegetables, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with a little melted butter (optional) and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
