- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- In a separate large bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced celery, and red onion.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle blue cheese over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
