  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the boneless skinless chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
