- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the boneless skinless chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
