Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the Biscoff cookie spread until fully combined.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the Biscoff cream mixture with crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of the Biscoff cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or more crushed Biscoff cookies before serving.
