Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional for extra crispiness)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
- Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Check the internal temperature of the wings to ensure they reach at least 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, toss cooked wings in your favorite sauce like buffalo, BBQ, or teriyaki before serving. Adjust cooking time based on the size of the wings and your air fryer model.
