  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Pat the beef sirloin tip roast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the roast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  5. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
