  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
