- 1 pound beef sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of bell peppers.
- You can add additional spices for more flavor, such as red pepper flakes for heat.
