  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
