- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar every 10 minutes.
- Once the ribs are tender and have a nice glaze, remove them from the grill.
- Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
