- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, additional BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- If using cheese, place a slice on each burger during the last minute of cooking and close the grill lid to melt.
- Remove burgers from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers on buns with your choice of toppings and additional BBQ sauce.
