Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, additional BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. If using cheese, place a slice on each burger during the last minute of cooking and close the grill lid to melt.
  6. Remove burgers from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers on buns with your choice of toppings and additional BBQ sauce.
