Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs to allow for better seasoning and tenderness.

  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs, covering both sides.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  6. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and continue to cook until the sauce is caramelized.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
