- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs to allow for better seasoning and tenderness.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs, covering both sides.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and continue to cook until the sauce is caramelized.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
