- 4 Medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- to taste Optional toppings (sour cream, chives, cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub olive oil over each potato and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before cutting open.
- Fluff the insides with a fork and add your favorite toppings.
