Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • to taste Optional toppings (sour cream, chives, cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Rub olive oil over each potato and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before cutting open.
  8. Fluff the insides with a fork and add your favorite toppings.
